Choose which folder on your device should sync with which folder in your cloud storage account and how. Autosync will then keep the files in these two folders in sync with each other, automatically and without any further effort on your part. Official cloud storage apps do not have automatic sync capabilities, or only to a very limited extent. The commonly offered automatic photo upload might be enough for a simple photo backup but not to keep photos in sync across multiple devices.
