SMS Backup & Restore Pro is an app that backs up (makes a copy of) SMS and MMS messages and call logs currently available on your phone. It can also restore messages and call logs from existing backups. This is an ad-free paid version of the ad-supported free app. This app requires existing backups to be able to restore call logs and messages. Cannot recover anything without existing backups. Advanced Messaging (RCS) is currently only supported with Google Messages. The backup is created locally on the phone by default, but has options for uploading to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Email. At no time the files are sent to the developer.
