VaLeRie is a beautiful Substratum theme that supports almost all custom devices and operating systems with OMS support from Android 7.xx and above alongside Samsung OREO, Samsung OneUi (Pie), Samsung OneUi 2.X (Q), OxygenOS PIE and OxygenOS 10 Q. This theme only works with an OMS supported operating system mentioned above. WILL NOT WORK ON A NOUGAT STOCK ROM (Try at your own risk) !!! you must have Andromeda (for Samsung and Oreo roms without root) and Substratum App. Most of the items in the following list should be themed on devices ranging from xhdpi to xxxhdpi, however some items may not be, depending on the ROM you you are using.
